What affects delivery
A code failing to arrive is usually one of three things, and only the first is ours:
- No number available on that route. You will see this before you pay — routes with no stock are not offered.
- The service refused the number. Some services reject particular countries or number ranges outright. Switching country normally fixes it.
- The message was never sent. Delivery depends on the sending service, which no reseller controls.
In every one of those cases you are refunded in full when the window closes. You are never charged for a code that did not arrive.
